neighbor to the south who stated that they had also seen strange lights
in the tree line behind their house. -      also stated that ■ rarely
witnessed any human activity in the nature area, and no activity that
would explain what. is seeing. -        stated• wants to protect  1111
family's privacy, as well as being courteous to .ineighbors, so ■ does
not want this information regarding -observations to become public.
