        following information :

              ■ The UAP s i ght ing occurred on a workday i n ea r ly Feb ruar y 202 2 , at
approximately 1:00 or 2:00PM in the

Fort Carson . He and four other persons from his unit, i ncluding his -
drove the short distance over to the That day it
was pleasant wi th clear blue ski es. After they parked, they were walking
west towards the entrance of the building. It was natural to look west
because of the beautiful view of Cheyanne Mountain.

           ■ At that time, - and the fou r other soldiers wi th him al l noticed a
very strange object that appeared to be hovering just over Cheyanne
mountain, in a low point or "saddle" in the mountain. - described the
object as being ma t te wh it e, or off-wh i te i n color and appearing non
        meta lli c . The object was oval shaped and i n a hori zonta l pos i t i on, wi th a
curved indentation on the bottom. - descr i bed the object as being "bean
shaped". The object was complet ely motion less and no sound could be heard
comi ng from i t. All f i ve of the men saw the object and were poi nt ing i t out

          to each other.

             ■ -
did not believe the object was drifting in the wind because they
observed the object for approximate ly 3-5 minutes, and it did not change its
position re l ative to the saddl e of the mountain during that time. The object
was covered in intersect i ng lines or ridges which formed an abstract polygon
pattern which covered the entire object. - stated the object was about
the size of 10% of the saddl e of the mountains, or about the size of a poo l
          cue at arms-length .

None of the five men had a phone on them
                                                  They all simultaneously looked away
momentarily to decide to have one of them go back to the vehicle to get a
phone to take a video. When they loo ked back the obj ect had vanished. They
searched the western skyline but we r e not able find the object again.

                ■ They were all confused what they shou l d do next,
They got together afterwards to di scuss what
they had seen. They wonde red if they had seen a UAP, and went through the
alternatives it could have been, such as a b limp or a weather balloon . Each
of them independently drew what they remembered the object to look like, and
then t hey compared their drawings afterwards. All of the drawings were
consistent i n showing a ho rizontal , wh ite, "bean-shaped" object with
abstract lines crossing on it. - believed that made an
official report to the army about their observation. - stated he was
contacted by AARO in early 2024 about their observation. He stated he
provided a response, but that he was never interviewed by AARO or anyone
          e l se.
