third vehicles.
(■� Between 7:15 and 7:30 am, - drove down - - to ae
gate that restricted access to part of the - - attempted to opene
the gate remotely using a fob. The gate opened just a little and then closede
on three separate tries. On the fourth attempt the gate opened completelye
and stayed open. There were no prior operational problems with thate
particular gate and there were no operating issues with the gate aftere

approximately 500 to 3000 f eet above the nearest tree line (agent note : t he
t ree l i ne was appr ox i mate l y one mile sout h wes t o f posit ion) . The
ob j ect was already ther e when she l ooked up . The ob j ect was a l mos t hovering,
slowl y mov ing f rom east to wes t . The l i ght was an i ntense d i amond wh ite
l ight with what appeared t o be a r i ng around t he light and was located o n
t he east ern end of the ob j ect . The li ght was point i ng south east and l ooking
at i t (the light ) was l i ke look ing i nto t he sun . The ob j ect was "metalli c
b r onze in colorll and was t he l ength of two or three Blackh awk h e li copters
l ined up nose to tail . The wi d t h o f the object was approximat ely the wi dth
of one and a hal f Bl ackhawks but was hard to determine due the l i ght on t he
obj ect' s eastern end whi ch may have been obscuring par t of the body . The
object was compl etel y s ilent .

engi ne while the object was v i s i b l e . She onl y observed t he one ob j ect a nd
f elt it l e f t when i t saw t hem .
